L'AIXOPLUC
SOCIAL EQUIPMENT | 2016 - Projecte Treball Fi de Grau, EINA Escola de Disseny i Art
El projecte es basava en una proposta d'equipament social per al Districte del Mercat del Pla (Lleida) intervenint en un local actual i connectant-lo en un solar proper en desús.
L ' A I X O P L U C
El Districte del Mercat del Pla és un barri ubicat al centre històric de Lleida que ja fa uns anys, va començar a degradar-se i a viure constantment entre problemàtiques que conviden a la resta de la ciutat a rebutjar-lo. Durant els darrers anys, amb l’objectiu de revitalitzar el barri, s’hi han obert espais d’oci (botigues i restaurants) que han permès que la gent torni a passejar i a fer vida pels carrers del barri, però és insuficient i continua havent-hi el problema.
Proposo “l’Aixopluc”, un centre social que actua de centre neuràlgic des d’on s’impulsen activitats que ajuden a promoure els valors d’aquest “nou” districte, prenent com a base els conceptes educació, convivència, ciutadania, llibertat, cooperació i sostenibilitat. Per fer-ho possible el projecte transforma un local i un solar en desús en un equipament social format per una ludoteca, espai de treball, aules, espai polivalent i l’existent Pati Obert.
La meta de l’actuació és crear un espai de reunió on s’hi generi “vida”, cohesió i més sentiment d’identitat al barri per aconseguir apropar la gent que hi viu, majoritàriament immigrants, amb la resta de lleidatans.

El Distrito del Mercat del Pla es un barrio ubicado en el centro histórico de LLeida que hace unos años, empezó a degradarse y a vivir constantemente entre problemáticas que invitan al resto de la ciudad a rechazarlo.
Durante los ultimos años, con el objetivo de revitalizar el barrio, se han abierto espacios de ocio (tiendas y restaurantes) que han permitido que la gente vuelva a pasear y a hacer vida por las calles del barrio, pero esto es insuficiente y continua existiendo un problema.
Propongo “L’Aixopluc” ,que significa el cobijo, un centro social que actua de centro neurálgico des de donde se impulsan actividades que ayudan a promover los valores de este nuevo distrito, tomando como base los conceptos educación, convivencia, ciutadania, libertad, cooperación y sostenibilidad. Para hacerlo posible el proytecto transforma un local y un solar sin uso en un equipamento social formado por una ludoteca, espacio de trabajo, aulas, espacio polivalente y el existente “Pati Obert”
La meta de la actuación es crear un espacio de reunión donde se genere “vida”, cohesión y más sentimiento de identidad al barrio para conseguir acercar los vecinos del distrito, mayoritariamente inmigrantes con el resto de la ciudad.

The District of Mercat del Pla is a neighborhood located in the center of Lleida wich a few years ago, began to deteriorate and to live constantly among problems that invite the rest of the city to reject it. In recent years, aiming to revitalize the neighborhood, there were open spaces for leisure (shops and restaurants) that have allowed people to walk through the streets of the neighborhood and visit it more than in the past, but it is still insufficient and it is having some problems
I suggest “L’Aixopluc” it means the shelter, it is a social center that acts as a hub which promotes activities that help to promote the values of this “new” district, on the basis of the concepts education, coexistence, citizenship, freedom , cooperation and sustainability. To make this possible project transformed a local and a unused space in a social facility consisting of a toy library, workspace, classrooms, multipurpose space and the existing open courtyard named “El Pati Obert”
The goal of the action is to create a meeting place where you feel “the life of a sane neighborhood”, more sense of identity and cohesion to make powewrful the relation with people who ive there, mostly immigrants, with the rest of Lleida.
